Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Smartsheet, Google AppSheet, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Smartsheet and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smartsheet and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smartsheet and Google AppSheet

Smartsheet + Google AppSheet + Slack: When a new event occurs in Smartsheet, the data is updated in Google AppSheet, and a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the sales projection update.

Google AppSheet + Smartsheet + Twilio: When records are added in Google AppSheet, the corresponding Smartsheet is updated. If critical failures are detected, a message is sent via Twilio to alert relevant personnel.
