Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SmartSuite, Cloudinary, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SmartSuite and Cloudinary integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SmartSuite and Cloudinary (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SmartSuite and Cloudinary

SmartSuite + Cloudinary + Google Drive: When a new record with an image attachment is created in SmartSuite, the image is uploaded to Cloudinary for optimization and storage. A copy of the original image is then backed up to Google Drive.

Cloudinary + SmartSuite + Airtable: When a new resource is uploaded to Cloudinary, the details are added as a new record to a SmartSuite solution. The SmartSuite record references associated project data stored in Airtable using a lookup field.
