Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SmartSuite and Confluence integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SmartSuite and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SmartSuite and Confluence

SmartSuite + Confluence + Slack: When a new project is created in SmartSuite, a corresponding update page is created in Confluence. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel notifying the team about the new project and linking to the Confluence page.

Confluence + SmartSuite + Jira: When a new page is created in Confluence, a task is created in SmartSuite to review the documentation. Subsequently, a linked Jira ticket is created to track any resulting action items.
