Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Smsapi, Google Cloud BigQuery, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Smsapi and Google Cloud BigQuery integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smsapi and Google Cloud BigQuery (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smsapi and Google Cloud BigQuery

Smsapi + Google Cloud BigQuery + Google Sheets: When a text message is sent via Smsapi, the details are logged in Google Cloud BigQuery. After a set period (not directly implemented via a trigger), the data is pulled from BigQuery and summarized in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes by adding multiple rows.

Google Cloud BigQuery + Smsapi + Slack: This use case requires functionality to detect unusual data patterns in BigQuery, which is outside the scope of provided triggers and actions. Adapting to available options, when new data is added to Google Sheets, it can trigger an SMS alert to a support team via Smsapi, along with a notification in Slack. This will alert the team to potentially review new incoming data.
