Smsapi + Google Sheets + Twilio: When an SMS message is received by Smsapi, the message details are logged into a Google Sheet. If the message contains a specific keyword (e.g., 'URGENT'), it's forwarded to a designated phone number via Twilio.
Google Sheets + Smsapi + Slack: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, an SMS message is sent via Smsapi. If the SMS message is successfully sent, a notification containing details about the row and the SMS status is sent to a designated Slack channel.
