Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Clockify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Clockify

Clockify + Google Sheets + Soax: Track proxy usage time in Clockify, then log the time entry details, including proxy server information (if available via custom fields or similar) into Google Sheets for reporting purposes.

Clockify + Soax + Slack: When a Clockify time entry is created, check if the tracked time exceeds a defined threshold. If it does, send a Slack message alerting the team. The proxy server details must be available to filter correctly (e.g., via a Project or Task name). Additionaly, information about the proxy may be obtained via Soax's actions, such as SERP, and included in the Slack notification.
