Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms + Soax + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, the IP address is checked against the Soax proxy database. If the IP is flagged as high-risk, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Gravity Forms + Soax + Google Sheets: Each new Gravity Forms submission is logged in a Google Sheet. The submitter's IP address is then checked using Soax. The results of the IP check are then added to the corresponding row in the Google Sheet for fraud analysis.
