Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Grist, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Grist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Grist

Soax + Grist + Google Sheets: This flow retrieves website proxy performance data from Soax using its search action. The data is then stored in Grist as new records. Finally, Google Sheets summarizes the data from Grist, providing usage statistics.

Grist + Soax + Slack: When Grist detects unusual IP addresses (via a trigger for created or updated records), this flow uses Soax to investigate these IPs. If the investigation reveals suspicious activity, a message is sent to a designated security channel in Slack to alert the team.
