Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, QuestionPro, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Soax and QuestionPro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and QuestionPro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and QuestionPro

QuestionPro + Soax + Google Sheets: When a new survey response is received in QuestionPro, the associated Soax proxy data is retrieved (if available). The survey responses, enriched with proxy data, are then added to a Google Sheet for analysis.

QuestionPro + Soax + Slack: This automation flags suspicious survey answers. When a new survey response is received in QuestionPro, Soax data is used to check the IP address location. If it matches predefined suspicious location the researcher will be notified on Slack.
