Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SpaceX, Google contacts, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SpaceX and Google contacts integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SpaceX and Google contacts (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SpaceX and Google contacts

Google Contacts + SpaceX + Slack: When a new or updated contact is added to Google Contacts, the automation checks if the contact's company is associated with a SpaceX launch using the SpaceX API. If a SpaceX launch is found related to the contact's company, a notification is sent to a Slack channel.

SpaceX + Google Contacts + Google Sheets: When a new SpaceX launch is registered, the automation fetches Google Contacts. It then adds a row in a Google Sheet, logging all Google Contacts associated with the mission.
