Square + Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Square (e.g., a new order), the transaction data is sent to Google Cloud BigQuery to be stored and analyzed. Subsequently, a query is run in BigQuery to identify sales trends. The results of this query are then used to update a Google Sheet, visualizing the trend.
Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + Square + Slack: This workflow monitors Square transactions using Google Cloud BigQuery. A query is run periodically to check for unusual transaction patterns. If such patterns are detected, the sales team is immediately notified via a Slack channel message.
