Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Square and Jira integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Square and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Square and Jira

Square + Jira + Slack: When a new Square transaction exceeds a defined limit, a Jira ticket is automatically created to investigate the transaction. A notification is then sent to a manager in Slack to alert them of the new ticket.

Jira + Square + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated to a resolved status, the associated Square payment data is retrieved and logged into a Google Sheet to track project profitability. This includes details such as payment amount and customer information.
