In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Square, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Square or Mailhook will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Square or Mailhook, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Square node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Square, Mailhook, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Square and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Square and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Square + Google Sheets + Mailhook: When a new event occurs in Square, such as a new order, the details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. Mailhook then sends an email with the Google Sheet data for backup and reporting purposes.
Mailhook + Square + Slack: When Mailhook receives an email with a specific link, it waits for a corresponding Square purchase. After the purchase is confirmed, a notification is sent to a designated Slack sales channel.
