Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Sticker, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Sticker or CloudTalk will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Sticker or CloudTalk, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Sticker, CloudTalk, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Sticker and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sticker and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Sticker + CloudTalk + Slack: When a new sticker order is placed, CloudTalk initiates a call to the customer for order confirmation. Upon completion of the call, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new order.
CloudTalk + Sticker + Google Sheets: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, the system interprets it as a potential new sticker order request. The details are then automatically logged as a new row in a designated Google Sheet for later follow-up by the sales team.
