Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sticker, Zendesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sticker and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sticker and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sticker and Zendesk

Sticker + Zendesk + Slack: When a new sticker order is placed, a Zendesk ticket is created to track the order. The sales team is then notified in a Slack channel about the new ticket.

Zendesk + Sticker + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is updated (regarding sticker designs), information about the ticket, such as the ticket ID and any relevant comments, is logged in a Google Sheet for analysis and tracking sticker design support requests.
