Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Asana and Acapela Cloud integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Asana and Acapela Cloud (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Asana and Acapela Cloud
Asana + Acapela Cloud + Slack: When a new task is created in Asana, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file from the task name. Slack then sends a direct message to the task's assignee with a link to download the audio file.
Asana + Acapela Cloud + Google Calendar: When a task with a due date is created in Asana, Acapela Cloud generates an audio reminder based on the task's due date and name. Google Calendar then creates an event to play this audio reminder a specified time before the task deadline.
