Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AWeber, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AWeber and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AWeber and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AWeber and Jibble
AWeber + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a new subscriber is added to AWeber, their Jibble work hours are retrieved (assuming employee email is matched to subscriber email). This data, along with the subscriber details, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
Jibble + AWeber + Slack: When an employee's work hours are updated in Jibble (using New or Update Person, and potentially needing to filter for exceeding a threshold), trigger an AWeber email sequence. Simultaneously, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel, alerting the team about the employee exceeding their work hours.
