In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a AWeber, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, AWeber or Zendesk will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find AWeber or Zendesk, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the AWeber node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring AWeber, Zendesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AWeber and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AWeber and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
AWeber + Zendesk + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to an AWeber list, a Zendesk ticket is created to provide initial support. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the sales team about the new subscriber.
Zendesk + AWeber + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the automation finds or creates a corresponding subscriber in AWeber using the ticket's requester email. The subscriber's email and ticket details are then added to a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking.
