Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AWeber and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AWeber and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AWeber and Zendesk
AWeber + Zendesk + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to an AWeber list, a Zendesk ticket is created to provide initial support. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the sales team about the new subscriber.
Zendesk + AWeber + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the automation finds or creates a corresponding subscriber in AWeber using the ticket's requester email. The subscriber's email and ticket details are then added to a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking.
