After configuring Bexio, Microsoft Excel, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Bexio and Microsoft Excel integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bexio and Microsoft Excel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Bexio + Microsoft Excel + Slack: Daily, the flow fetches sales data from Bexio, adds it as a new row to a specified table in Microsoft Excel, and then sends a summary of key metrics to a dedicated Slack channel.
Bexio + Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is created in Bexio, the invoice data is added as a new row in a Microsoft Excel worksheet. This data is then automatically added to a specified Google Sheet.
