Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bexio and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bexio and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Bexio and Userback

Userback + Bexio + Slack: When new feedback is submitted via Userback, the automation finds the associated contact in Bexio (if it exists). Then, a Slack notification is sent with the Userback feedback and the Bexio contact information.

Userback + Bexio + Jira: When critical feedback is received via Userback, create a Jira ticket and associate it with the reporter's contact information found in Bexio, ensuring the Jira ticket contains customer context.
