Depending on your setup, data should flow between Campaign Monitor and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Campaign Monitor and Userback
Campaign Monitor + Userback + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, if the feedback is negative, a notification is sent to a Slack channel.
Userback + Google Sheets + Campaign Monitor: When new feedback is created in Userback, the details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. This then triggers a transactional email via Campaign Monitor.
