Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickUp and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ClickUp and Vitally

ClickUp + Vitally + Slack: When a task is updated in ClickUp, this automation updates the corresponding user in Vitally and sends a message in Slack to notify the account manager.

Vitally + Google Sheets + ClickUp: This flow tracks changes in Vitally user data in a Google Sheet. If a user's health score drops below a certain threshold, a task is created in ClickUp for the account management team to take action.
