Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Clio, Airparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clio and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Airparser
Clio + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new bill is created in Clio, Airparser extracts the invoice data from the associated document. This data is then automatically added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for financial tracking.
Airparser + Clio + Slack: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, it extracts contact information. This information is used to update existing contact details in Clio and then notifies the legal team on Slack about the updated client information.
