Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Clio, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clio and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and AITable

Clio + AITable + Slack: When a new contact is created in Clio, it automatically creates a new record in AITable. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, notifying the team about the new client information added to AITable.

AITable + Clio + Google Calendar: When a new record is created in AITable, the automation creates a corresponding task in Clio with a specified deadline. A Google Calendar event is created to remind the user about the task deadline.
