Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Cloudinary, 7todos, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloudinary and 7todos integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloudinary and 7todos (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Cloudinary and 7todos

Cloudinary + 7todos + Slack: When a new image is uploaded to Cloudinary, a task is automatically created in 7todos to review the image. Once the task is created, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new image and the review task.

7todos + Cloudinary + Google Drive: When a task is completed in 7todos, a relevant screenshot or resource ID is fetched from Cloudinary, and that resource is uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive for archiving purposes.
