Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring CloudTalk, Supabase, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Supabase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Supabase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Supabase

CloudTalk + Supabase + Slack: When a new call arrives in CloudTalk and is missed, the call details are logged as a new row in Supabase. Subsequently, a notification containing relevant information about the missed call is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Supabase + AI Agent + CloudTalk: When a new row is added to Supabase (containing customer support call data), an AI Agent analyzes the data. Based on the analysis, the automation triggers a proactive call in CloudTalk to address frequent customer support issues.
