Depending on your setup, data should flow between Figma and Facebook Messenger (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Figma and Facebook Messenger

Figma + Slack + Facebook Messenger: When a new version is created in a Figma file, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel. Additionally, a Facebook Messenger message is sent to stakeholders to notify them of the new version.

Facebook Messenger + Figma + Jira: When user feedback is received in Facebook Messenger, a comment is posted to a specific design in Figma. A new issue is then created in Jira to track the feedback and required design improvements.
