Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fillout and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fillout and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fillout and Google AppSheet
Fillout + Google AppSheet + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Fillout, the submission details are added as a new record in Google AppSheet. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the new entry.
Google AppSheet + Fillout + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in Google AppSheet, the corresponding form response in Fillout is updated with data from AppSheet, and these changes are also recorded in a Google Sheet.
