Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring FireText, Beehiiv, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FireText and Beehiiv integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and Beehiiv (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FireText and Beehiiv
FireText + Beehiiv + Airtable: When a new message is received via FireText, this automation creates a new subscriber in Beehiiv and logs the message details in Airtable for customer insights.
Beehiiv + FireText + Twilio: When a new subscriber is added to Beehiiv, a message is sent via FireText, using Twilio to confirm delivery. The phone number sent through FireText will be the one used to create the subscriber in Beehiiv.
