Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring FireText, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FireText and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FireText and Figma

Figma + Slack + FireText: When a new comment is added to a Figma design, a message is sent to a Slack channel, and an SMS alert is sent via FireText.

Figma + Google Sheets + FireText: When a file version is updated in Figma, the update details are added to a Google Sheet. For specific files, a FireText SMS message is sent for urgent approval.
