Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Fotor, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Fotor or Airtable will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Fotor or Airtable, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Fotor node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Fotor, Airtable, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Fotor + Airtable + Slack: When an image is edited in Fotor, it triggers saving the image URL to Airtable. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the update.
Airtable + Fotor + Google Drive: New product details added to an Airtable record trigger the creation of a product image in Fotor. The generated image is then saved to a specific folder in Google Drive for easy access and storage.
