Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fotor, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fotor and Airtable

Fotor + Airtable + Slack: When an image is edited in Fotor, it triggers saving the image URL to Airtable. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the update.

Airtable + Fotor + Google Drive: New product details added to an Airtable record trigger the creation of a product image in Fotor. The generated image is then saved to a specific folder in Google Drive for easy access and storage.
