Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and Database (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and Database

FreeAgent + Database + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, the details are recorded in a database. Then, a notification is sent to the finance team on Slack.

Database + FreeAgent + Google Sheets: When a payment record is updated in the database, the corresponding record in FreeAgent is updated. The data is then summarized in a Google Sheet.
