Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreshBooks and GoToWebinar integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreshBooks and GoToWebinar (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreshBooks and GoToWebinar
GoToWebinar + FreshBooks + Slack: When a new person registers for a GoToWebinar webinar, the automation checks if they are an existing client in FreshBooks. If the client is not found, a new client is created. Finally, a Slack notification is sent to the team to notify them of the new client.
GoToWebinar + FreshBooks + Google Sheets: Tracks new registrants to a GoToWebinar webinar. The automation checks if the registrant is already a client in FreshBooks. If they are, the automation adds a row to a Google Sheet, logging the registrant's information and client status.
