Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Instantly
Freshdesk + Instantly + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the automation searches for the customer's email in Instantly. If the email exists, the lead is moved to a specific campaign or list. Subsequently, a notification is sent to the support team in Slack informing them about the new ticket and the lead's campaign status.
Instantly + Freshdesk + Google Sheets: This automation logs campaign performance data from Instantly alongside Freshdesk support ticket metrics in Google Sheets for analysis. It monitors for new leads in Instantly, searches for corresponding contacts in Freshdesk, and then adds a new row to Google Sheets containing the lead data and ticket information.
