How to connect Freshdesk and Userback
Create a New Scenario to Connect Freshdesk and Userback
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Freshdesk, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Freshdesk or Userback will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Freshdesk or Userback, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Freshdesk, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Freshdesk and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Userback
Userback + Freshdesk + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, a ticket is automatically created in Freshdesk to track the issue. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team about the new ticket.
Userback + Freshdesk + Jira: When new feedback is created in Userback, it triggers the creation of a ticket in Freshdesk and an issue in Jira, allowing for comprehensive tracking of bugs and feature requests across support and development teams. The issue keys can be added to the ticket description.
