Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Formstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and Formstack

Formstack + Front + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, a message is created in Front to track the support request. A notification is then sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the team about the new ticket.

Formstack + Front + Google Sheets: New form submissions in Formstack trigger the creation of a new row in Google Sheets. The sheet will contain the submitted data along with data pulled from a corresponding Front ticket based on a shared identifier (e.g., email).
