Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and NetSuite

Front + NetSuite + Slack: When a new event is logged in Front, a corresponding support ticket is created in NetSuite, and a notification is sent to the relevant team in Slack.

NetSuite + Front + Jira: When a new custom record (representing an incident) is created in NetSuite, a Front conversation is opened, and a linked Jira ticket is created for the engineering team to address the issue.
