Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Sheets and Beehiiv integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Sheets and Beehiiv (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Sheets and Beehiiv
Google Sheets + Beehiiv + Sendgrid: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, the automation creates a new subscriber in Beehiiv and then sends a welcome email to that subscriber via Sendgrid.
Beehiiv + Google Sheets + Discord bot: This workflow retrieves all email blasts from Beehiiv, then posts this data to a Google Sheet and sends a daily summary of the newsletter stats to a designated Discord channel.
