After configuring Google tasks, Box, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google tasks and Box integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google tasks and Box (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Tasks + Box + Slack: When a task is completed in Google Tasks, the flow searches for related files in Box using the task title as a search term. If files are found, they are moved to an archive folder. A summary is then sent to a Slack channel.
Box + Google Tasks + Google Calendar: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Box, a Google Task is created to review the file. A Google Calendar event is also created as a reminder to review the file by a certain date.
