Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Chargebee, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Chargebee integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Chargebee (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Chargebee

Chargebee + Hive + Slack: When a new subscription is created or updated in Chargebee, a message is sent to a Slack channel. This ensures the team is notified of new or changed subscriptions and can take appropriate action in Hive.

Hive + Chargebee + Google Sheets: When a new action or an updated action occurs in Hive, the flow checks Chargebee for related subscription details, and then adds a row to Google Sheets to track revenue or other relevant information based on project updates.
