Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Fireflies, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Fireflies integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Fireflies (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Fireflies

Fireflies + Hive + Slack: When a new Fireflies transcript is available, extract the key takeaways using the 'Get Transcript' action. Then, create a new message in Hive with the summary and post it to a dedicated Slack channel.

Fireflies + Hive + Google Calendar: After a Fireflies transcript becomes available, extract action items. Use these action items to create new actions in Hive and schedule corresponding events in Google Calendar.
