Create a New Scenario to Connect Hive and Google Meet
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Hive, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Hive or Google Meet will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Hive or Google Meet, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the Hive Node
Select the Hive node from the app selection panel on the right.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Google Meet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Google Meet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Hive + Google Meet + Slack: When a Hive task reaches its deadline (detected as a new or updated action), schedule a Google Meet and send a message to a Slack channel to notify the team about the meeting.
Google Calendar + Hive + Google Calendar: When a Google Calendar event ends, create a Hive task to follow up on action items. Then, create a follow-up event in Google Calendar as a reminder.
