Depending on your setup, data should flow between HubSpot and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HubSpot and Grist
HubSpot + Grist + Slack: When a new contact is created in HubSpot, the contact's information is automatically added as a new record to a specified Grist sheet. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team of the new contact.
Grist + HubSpot + Google Sheets: When a contact record is updated in Grist, this triggers an update to the corresponding contact in HubSpot. The details of the update, including the contact's ID, the field that was updated, and the new value, are then logged as a new row in a Google Sheet for auditing and tracking purposes.
