Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Google Business Profile
Intercom + Google Business Profile + Slack: When a new conversation starts in Intercom, the flow checks if the message contains questions about store hours. If it does, it retrieves information from Google Business Profile (assuming there's a way to abstractly represent this, though a direct action isn't available) and sends an alert to a Slack channel.
Google Business Profile + Intercom + Zendesk: When a new review is added or updated on Google Business Profile, the sentiment of the review is analyzed (assuming sentiment analysis capability exists outside of these apps, since none are directly supported). If the review is negative, a new Zendesk ticket is created, and a follow-up message is sent in Intercom to the reviewer (if contact info is available). If no contact info is available then the Intercom message is not sent.
