Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Kommo, Docusign, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kommo and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kommo and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Kommo and Docusign
Kommo + Docusign + Slack: When a deal reaches a specific stage in Kommo, a contract is automatically sent via Docusign using a template. Upon successful sending, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel to inform the sales team.
Docusign + Kommo + Google Sheets: When a document is signed in Docusign, the corresponding deal stage in Kommo is updated. A record of this event, including relevant details, is then added to a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
