Most powerful ways to connect Kommo and Facebook Conversions
Kommo + Facebook Conversions + Shopify: When a deal reaches a specific pipeline status in Kommo, indicating a successful purchase, a Facebook Conversion Event is sent. The trigger is based on an updated lead in Kommo. Since direct purchase info from Kommo to Facebook is limited, and given the available Shopify actions, we can find the customer in Shopify (potentially by email from Kommo) and use customer data to enhance the conversion event sent to Facebook.
Facebook Conversions + Kommo + Google Sheets: Every time a Facebook Conversion Event is recorded, this automation retrieves the event details and creates a new lead in Kommo (or finds an existing one). The Facebook conversion event details and associated Kommo lead information are then logged into a Google Sheet row for tracking and analysis.
