Most powerful ways to connect Lexoffice and Fotor
Fotor + Lexoffice + Google Drive: When a new invoice photo is created in Fotor, the automation will find the corresponding entry in Lexoffice using specific identifiers (e.g., invoice number). Then, the photo is uploaded to a designated folder in Google Drive, archiving it with the Lexoffice data.
Fotor + Lexoffice + Slack: When a new invoice draft is created in Fotor, the automation sends a preview to the corresponding Lexoffice user in Slack for approval. This helps streamline the invoice approval process.
