Most powerful ways to connect Lexoffice and JobNimbus
Lexoffice + JobNimbus + Slack: When a new invoice is created in Lexoffice, the automation finds the related JobNimbus project based on matching information (e.g., customer name). It then sends a Slack message to a designated channel with details about the new invoice and a link to the JobNimbus project.
JobNimbus + Google Sheets + Lexoffice: When a job is updated in JobNimbus to a 'completed' status, the automation logs project details to a Google Sheet. This new row in Google Sheets then triggers the creation of an invoice in Lexoffice, using the project details from the Google Sheet.
