Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Memberstack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Memberstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Memberstack
Memberstack + LiveChat + Slack: When a new member signs up in Memberstack, and then initiates a chat in LiveChat, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, ensuring that support agents prioritize assistance for new members.
LiveChat + Memberstack + Mailchimp: When a user starts a chat in LiveChat, the system searches for the user in Memberstack. If the user exists in Memberstack (implying a signup), they are added to a specific list in Mailchimp for onboarding emails.
