Add the First Step

Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Magento, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Magento or Google Meet will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Magento or Google Meet, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Magento node from the app selection panel on the right.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Magento and Google Meet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Magento and Google Meet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Magento + Google Meet + Slack: When a new order is placed in Magento, a meeting is scheduled in Google Meet. The Google Meet link is then sent to a designated sales representative via Slack to facilitate immediate follow-up with the customer.
Google Meet + Magento + Mailchimp: Following a Google Meet session, attendees are added to a specific segment in Mailchimp. This segment receives targeted emails promoting relevant products from the Magento store, enhancing post-demo engagement.
